Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

A successful applicant will be leading our implementation team, which consists of experts in accounting, data management, software configuration and development, and user training. Your primary responsibility will be managing the implementation of ERP software for our clients, which requires a strong understanding of business and manufacturing process engineering. Generating software functions, user interface designs, and confirmation requirements based on the customer’s business process needs, human factors principles, and comprehensive gap analyses will be commonplace. This role requires an organized, goal-oriented, and dedicated mindset coupled with a self-starting, independent demeanor.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate data collection and management related tasks.
2. Conduct gap analyses to confirm software functional scope is met.
3. Design and document software function and user interface extensions.
4. Define software function confirmation standards in accordance with scope requirements.  
5. Internally communicate status updates, scope changes, and software function updates and status with colleagues.
6. Manage project tasks, scope of work, and milestone statuses.

Job Requirements:

1. Expertise in Project Management and Industrial/Process Engineering.
2. Excellent written and spoken English language communication skills, including technical writing.
3. General knowledge of PI/PD pipeline and principles of version control.
4. Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Experience in both administrative, manufacturing, and retail business process analysis.
6. Strong research and independent learning capabilities.
7. Detail oriented personality with strong sense of initiative and motivation.
8. Ability to work effectively remotely (i.e., access to areas where meetings can be conducted).
9. G-Level drivers license with legal ability to drive in Ontario.
10. (Preferred) Experience in ERP usage and/or implementation
11. (Preferred) Understanding of Python and HTML programming languages.
12. (Preferred) Access to personal vehicle.
