Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of ERPNext finance and accounting solutions for our clients, replacing their current accounting or ERP solutions and aiding in the transition to future state. This will be completed through financial data management, analysis of current state accounting operations, and developing best-practice accounting and finance operations for our clients. Maintenance of revision-controlled records, provision of client orientation to ERPNext operations through written and in-person means, and execution of in-depth discovery are regular activities and responsibilities included in this role. This job will require an organized and results-oriented personality, with a self-starting nature and an eye towards upward mobility.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and communicate status for accounting and finance deliverables defined in the ERP implementation plan.
  2. Compilation and preparation of client financial data for use in opening balance uploads (e.g., trial balances, opening invoices, opening stock balances, etc.).
  3. Chart of Accounts configuration and revision management, designed to support new ERP functions while also resembling their original account structure.
  4. Identify and recommend process improvements, with a focus on using the automated communications from ERP to increase efficiencies, analytics, and employee experience.
  5. Provision of ERP software user training through virtual and on-site training sessions with client employees, and the preparation of written and recorded training materials as needed.
  6. Perform root-cause analyses on software issues, communicating program errors to the Software Developments team and management.
  7. Assisting other departments with administrative work as required


Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of industrial experience
  2. University degree in finance related discipline.
  3. Experienced in working in an ERP environment.
  4. Knowledge and extensive experience of complex accounting and finance related concepts.
  5. 2 years of experience with supply chain management and order fulfillment transactions
  6. Ability to have productive conversations with customers to effect change management.
  7. Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; able to lead and influence across multiple levels and functions of an organization.
  8. Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success.
  9. Expert-level abilities in data analysis.
  10. Strong research and independent learning capabilities.
  11. Detail oriented personality with strong sense of initiative and motivation.
  12. G or G2 level driver’s license in good standing
  13. History working with ERP-integration accounting and finance.
  14. Able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
